The National Award for Excellence in the Contact Center & BPO Industry is given every year to process and human resource outsourcing companies, who implement projects that contribute to the success of the company, and enhance the relationships between the company and the customer, and between the company and the human resource.

Process outsourcing, Contact and Call centers, In house and their direct customer service departments are considered. The award is given to the companies that show an outstanding performance in job creation, training, positioning of the industry in terms of human resources and technology, with the goal of strengthening and improving the relationship between companies and customers and human resources.
